i ain't unwrapping no present, fool!

happy christmas from my new best friends, the a-team, and me. normal service will be resumed, well, probably on Christmas Day when I tire of my family at 5pm and decide to write a blog entry rather than watching my dad laugh like a drain at some woefully unamusing Morecambe & Wise skit, while my mother gives me a lecture on how modern comedy "just isn't funny any more".

Happy Christmas Galatea. However, I think you'll get nothing but coal in your stocking for your bad karma in dissing Morecombe and Wise.

Pia - you posted! After three months of continual encouragement, i knew you couldn't resist Mr T.
"Murdoch, he crazy!"

I didn't realise that Morecambe & Wise had such a loyal following. Am prepared to admit it's not *that* bad. However, the Generation Game is.

Happy Christmas Galatea, and I add my support to your distaste for all things M&W.

The Generation Game used to be quite good when gurning crinkly chinmeister Brucey (the housewives' Keith Richards, in many ways) presented it. However, now that foul-mouthed Tory uberc*nt Jim Davidson has inexplicably got the gig, I refuse to watch in protest.

Let's cook the sucker, fool!
